Returns

*Orders for Masks or Accessories are not accepted for return under any circumstances, once orders have been processed for shipment within our warehouse orders cannot be cancelled. All Mask and Accessory orders are final.

Items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of ordering by contacting us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) no. Items must be returned to our specified return address.

*All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee +

*US$250 return freight charge applies to orders returned from the destination due to customs clearance issues or non payment of duties, taxes or VAT by customer

*Note: Promotional or Free items cannot be returned or exchanged

Condition

Items must be new, unused with sealed packaging ‘as delivered’ condition in order to be returned for a refund or exchange.

*We do not accept returns on used or opened products under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

*Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch from our warehouse, orders are not eligible for cancellation following dispatch from our warehouse.
