CPAP Machines 2 Year Worldwide Warranty with Free Return Shipping – (Applicable to purchases made after 13 November 2023)
All CPAP Machines include a standard 2 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for manufacturer defect within this period exclusively and does not cover accidents, water damage, negligence or damage caused to the device intentionally or unintentionally. We reserve the right to determine the cause of defect and or damage prior to honoring a claim. Warranty is valid for machine and humidifier only and does not include consumables such as hose, water tank & air filters or mask.
Please contact us directly for any warranty claims. Machines must be returned to our nominated return address for warranty claims.
*Please Note: Local CPAP dealers and offices cannot assist with warranty claims on our products, items must be returned to us directly.
Procedure
- Contact Us for an RMA no.
- Our technician provides further instructions and confirms the device is faulty
- We issue you with a return shipping label and instructions to return for free
- Await the manufacturer to repair or replace the device (usually 2-4 weeks from receipt)
- We send the device back to you once repaired for free
CPAP Masks, Accessories, Tubing, Filters Warranty
All masks, hoses, water tanks, air filters and accessories and other items are covered by warranty from manufacturer defect for three months from the purchase date.
The cost of shipping masks, hoses, water tanks, air filters and accessories are the responsibility of the customer back to CPAPSpecials.com
